We provide an informal, friendly, and supportive environment for photographers at all levels of experience and with interests in all types of photographic imagery. The Group fosters and encourages growth of artistic vision and technical knowledge, exploring the connection between the eye, the camera, and the spirit. Note on membership application:

Your annual membership of the Donabate Portrane Photographic Group Through The Lens includes lounge membership of the Donabate Golf Club, on whose premises we hold our meetings. As part of the application procedure, it is necessary therefore to complete an application form to the Donabate Golf Club in addition to the Through The Lens application form. In return, you receive a membership card for Donabate Golf Club which has a cashcard function, and is pre-loaded with €30 credit to spend in the Club Lounge.
